Before shipment

A request may be cancelled before acceptance or shipment by contacting support. Cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins.

Eligible returns

Subject to applicable law, unopened and untampered products may be considered for return only with prior authorization and within the period stated in the final order confirmation.

Products normally not returnable

• Opened, smoked, cut, altered or partially consumed cigars.
• Products without original packaging or authenticity identifiers.
• Items stored in unsuitable humidity or temperature conditions.
• Personalized, engraved, limited or final-sale products unless defective.

Damage or incorrect item

Report visible damage, shortage or an incorrect item promptly after delivery. Include the order reference, packaging photographs and product photographs. Keep all shipping materials until the claim is resolved.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Banks and processors control posting time. Original shipping and adult-signature fees may be nonrefundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
